SharpRoster policy
Last updated August 2026
This is the agreement that applies every time someone buys a plan on SharpRoster. It sits between the buyer and the capper. It is short on purpose — if a term here is unclear, that is our failure and we will explain it.
This contract applies to every purchase of a plan on SharpRoster, and applies instead of any other terms either party proposes. It is in addition to our Terms of Service, which govern your use of the site generally.
A plan buys access to a capper’s published content for the window that plan covers — their selections, their write-ups, or both, as described on the plan itself.
It does not buy a result. It does not buy a specific number of picks unless the plan says so, and it does not buy any particular outcome from those picks. A capper may publish nothing on a given day, and a plan covering that day is still fully delivered.
Access is a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to read the content. It does not transfer ownership, and it does not permit redistribution — reselling, reposting, or forwarding a capper’s picks to anyone else ends the licence immediately and may end the account.
Everything sold here is opinion and analysis published for information. It is not betting advice, not financial advice, and not a recommendation to stake money on anything. No capper on this platform is acting as your advisor, and neither are we.
No capper may promise a return, guarantee an outcome, or state or imply an expected profit. If you are shown any such claim, it breaks our rules — tell us and we will act on it.
Betting carries risk, including the loss of everything you stake. Only you decide what to do with anything you read here.
The content is the capper’s. They write it, they publish it, and they are responsible for it.
The payment is ours to process. Basso Digital LLC is the merchant of record for the transaction, which means your card statement shows us, we handle the charge and any refund, and we pay the capper their share. We say this rather than describing ourselves as a passive intermediary, because the second would not be true.
What we do not do is vouch for anyone. We verify what can be verified — that a tracked pick was recorded before the event started, and that the record you see includes losses — and we make no representation whatsoever about whether a capper is any good, whether they will keep publishing, or whether their past record predicts anything.
The capper sets their price. On top of it we charge the buyer a service fee of 5% plus $0.30, capped at $100. It is shown as its own line before you pay, never folded into the capper’s price. Paid plans start at $3.
Separately, we take 8% of the capper’s price when the capper brought the buyer, and 12% when SharpRoster did. That comes out of the capper’s side and changes nothing about what the buyer pays.
All prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Where any sales tax, VAT, or equivalent charge applies to a transaction, it may be added at checkout and shown before you pay. Each party is responsible for their own income and business taxes on amounts they receive.
Access begins as soon as payment succeeds and runs for the window the plan covers. Selections held back until an event starts are released at that point, and a paid plan can never be used to hide a completed result — every settled pick reaches the capper’s public record either way.
If a capper closes a plan, stops publishing, or leaves the platform mid-window, email hello@sharproster.com. Where content that was promised was not delivered, we will refund the unused portion.
Because a plan is delivered immediately and can be read at once, purchases are not refundable simply because the picks lost. A losing week is the product working as described, not a defect in it.
The circumstances in which we do refund — content never published, duplicate charges, unauthorised purchases, a capper breaking our rules — are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which governs. It is stated in one place deliberately: two documents describing refunds differently is worse than one describing them at all.
If you believe a charge is wrong, email hello@sharproster.com before your bank. A chargeback raised without contacting us first costs the capper money over something we would usually have fixed the same day.
A subscription renews until cancelled, at the interval shown when you bought it. Cancel from your account at any time; cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access until the current period ends. The Refund & Cancellation Policy has the detail.

The buyer promises that:
Neither the capper nor SharpRoster is liable for any betting loss, missed opportunity, or other consequential loss arising from anything published here. That is the nature of what this is: opinion, acted on entirely at your own risk.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the plan in question. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
This contract is governed by the law of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You may also rely on any mandatory consumer protections in the place where you live, and may bring a claim in your local courts where that law allows.
Before any formal step, write to us. Most disputes here are a misunderstanding about what a plan covered, and those are quicker to fix than to argue.
We may change this contract. The version that applies to a purchase is the one published when the purchase was made, and material changes are notified in advance. Continuing to buy after a change takes effect accepts the new version.
