Creator Agreement

You must be old enough to use SharpRoster where you live, have authority to enter this agreement, and keep your account and payment-provider information accurate. We may require identity, tax, rights, or location information before enabling creator tools or payouts.

Approval to publish or sell is discretionary and may be limited by applicable law, payment-provider rules, sport, market, audience, or jurisdiction.

You are responsible for every submission, pick, analysis, message, image, link, and claim you make through SharpRoster. You must have the rights and permissions needed to publish it, and you must describe your record honestly.

• Do not erase losses, backdate a pick, or present a partial record as complete.
• Keep sport, league, market, price, timing, and source information accurate.
• Do not publish private personal information or material that belongs to someone else.
• Tell us promptly if a published claim or source becomes inaccurate.

Creator submissions are screened before publication. High-confidence policy signals may be blocked automatically, while uncertain submissions may be held for human review. Pending, held, rejected, removed, or demonetized content is not eligible for sale or monetization.

Users and rights holders may report content through our reporting form. We may request additional information, hold content, disable monetization, remove content, or issue a refund or credit where appropriate.

Creator products are access to sports analysis, commentary, education, or related digital content. They are not wagers, entries into a contest, investment products, financial advice, or a promise of a particular result.

You must not accept bets, place bets for another person, transmit wagering funds, sell a guaranteed outcome, make a risk-free or guaranteed-profit claim, or claim that a purchase will make a customer profitable. The Acceptable Use Policy contains the complete prohibited-content list.

When creator payments are enabled for your account, you choose from the products, prices, billing intervals, and access levels SharpRoster makes available. The customer sees the price, renewal terms, and cancellation path before purchase.

SharpRoster may deduct its disclosed platform fee, payment-processing costs, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, reserves, and other amounts permitted by the applicable product terms before calculating an available balance. No creator payment feature is active until the required account, provider, and compliance checks are complete.

Customer refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If a refund, dispute, chargeback, fraud review, or other payment adjustment relates to your content, we may deduct the amount from your balance or future payouts.

We may delay or reserve funds for new creators or where unusual activity, disputes, or suspected fraud creates exposure for customers, SharpRoster, or a payment provider. We will communicate material restrictions and the reason for them when permitted.

Payouts require a completed account with the payment provider SharpRoster designates, accurate legal and tax information, and any verification required by law or that provider. We do not hold funds intended for wagering and do not pay creators based on the outcome of an event.

You are responsible for your own taxes, registrations, licences, disclosures, and records. A payout may be withheld or declined when required by law, sanctions rules, provider requirements, or this agreement.

Creator ranking is based on SharpRoster’s published methodology and verified data. You cannot buy a higher ranking, hide a loss to improve placement, or coordinate activity to manufacture a record. Paid placement, if ever offered, will be clearly labelled and kept separate from ranking.

You must disclose material conflicts, sponsored relationships, and any material limitation on the record or source that a customer would reasonably need to understand the product.

A violation may result in a warning, content removal, demonetization, a strike, suspension, payout hold, or termination. Repeated or severe violations receive stronger enforcement, and attempts to evade an earlier action are part of the enforcement record.

You may request a review with relevant facts or evidence. An appeal does not restore removed content or monetization while the decision is under review.

You may stop publishing or request that creator tools be closed. Closing an account does not erase a public record, a settled transaction record, a report, or information we must retain for legal, safety, fraud, tax, or payment purposes.

SharpRoster may suspend or end creator access when necessary to protect users, comply with law or payment-provider rules, investigate suspected abuse, or enforce this agreement. Terms that should continue by their nature, including payment adjustments, records, taxes, and limitations of liability, survive termination.

This agreement supplements the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy. If the documents conflict, the more specific payment or creator provision controls for that creator activity, and the payment provider’s mandatory terms control where applicable.
