SharpRoster

Terms of Service

Last updated August 2026

Draft pending legal review. This document has not been reviewed by counsel and must not be relied on until it has been.

These terms govern your use of SharpRoster. They are written to be read, not to be impenetrable — if any part is unclear, ask us and we will explain it plainly.

1Who we are, and what this service is

SharpRoster is operated by Basso Digital LLC. We publish performance records and analytics for sports predictors, derived from publicly available settlement data.

We are not a sportsbook. We do not accept wagers, hold or transmit funds intended for wagering, facilitate deposits to any gambling operator, place bets on your behalf, or pay out based on the outcome of any event. We hold no position in any market we report on.

We take no affiliate, referral, or partnership revenue from any sportsbook, exchange, or prediction market, including venues whose data we publish. If that ever changes we will disclose it prominently before it takes effect.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SharpRoster, or 21 where the law of your jurisdiction requires it for services of this kind. You must not use the service where doing so would be unlawful.

Some features may be unavailable in certain states or countries. Where local law requires a licence we do not hold, we restrict the relevant features rather than operate without one.

3This is information, not advice

Everything on SharpRoster is provided for informational and analytical purposes only. Nothing here is a recommendation to place any wager, a prediction of any outcome, or financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Past performance does not predict future results. A high ranking means that, relative to others measured the same way, the statistical evidence of skill is strong over the sample we hold. It is not a forecast. Records regress, edges disappear, and a trader who has performed well may perform badly next.

We make no representation that using this service will produce a profit, and we prohibit anyone publishing on our platform from claiming otherwise.

4What 'verified' means here — and what it does not

When we describe a record as verified, we mean specifically that the underlying positions settled on a public ledger and we read them from that source rather than from anything the trader told us.

Verified does not mean:

  • that we have audited the person’s identity, finances, or other activity;
  • that the record is complete across every account or venue they use — we can only see what we can see, and profiles disclose how many wallets are linked;
  • that we endorse them, or that we believe they will perform well in future.

Our full methodology, including every threshold and its limitations, is published and may be checked against the public source data.

5Accuracy, and what to do if we are wrong

We take accuracy seriously, but our figures depend on third-party data sources that may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect, and on our own analysis, which may contain errors. The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

If you believe a figure we publish about you or anyone else is wrong, tell us. Because the source data is public, disagreements about a record are usually a solvable question rather than an argument, and we will correct genuine errors promptly.

6Public records and claiming a profile

The trading records we publish are derived from data that is already public. We publish them whether or not the person concerned has an account with us. Looking up a wallet does not require an account.

Claiming a wallet as your own is separate and requires proving you control it. Claiming a profile does not give you editorial control over your record: you may write your own description, but the statistics, tier, and position log are generated by us and are not editable.

If you unlink or stop using a claimed wallet, your record freezes at that date. It is not deleted. A record that can be erased after a bad run is not a record.

7Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • represent our data as your own, or republish it in a way that removes the sample size from a figure;
  • use the service to harass, defame, or threaten any person, including anyone whose record appears here;
  • attempt to manipulate a ranking, including by coordinated trading, wash trading, or operating multiple wallets to present a selective record;
  • scrape the service in a way that degrades it for others;
  • use the service in any jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful.

8Content published by others

Where the service permits third parties to publish analysis, that content is theirs and not ours. We do not adopt or endorse it. Contributors are contractually prohibited from making income, earnings, or guaranteed-outcome claims, and we enforce that.

Ranking and placement are determined solely by our published methodology. Placement cannot be purchased. If we ever offer promoted placement, it will be clearly labelled as such and kept separate from the ranking.

9Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Basso Digital LLC is not liable for any losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, this service — including gambling or trading losses, lost profits, or consequential damages.

Decisions you make about your own money are yours. We provide analysis of what has already happened; we make no promise about what happens next.

10Changes, and contacting us

We may update these terms. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will give notice before it takes effect rather than changing them quietly.

Questions about these terms, or a correction to a record, can be sent to us and we will respond.
